Return & Refund Policy (No Returns Accepted)

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any products purchased through our website, except in cases where:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item.

If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review your request and, if approved, provide one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:

  • Replacement of the item, or
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund to the original payment method

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:

Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
